Program Description
FieldLink HQ provides an SMS text-messaging service that lets field technicians text a question to their employer's dedicated FieldLink phone number and receive an automated answer generated from documents their employer (a field service company) has uploaded to FieldLink HQ — for example equipment manuals, safety procedures, and company policies. This is a business-to-employee support tool, not a marketing or promotional messaging program.
Who Sends and Receives These Messages
Messages are exchanged between a technician's personal mobile phone and a phone number assigned to their employer's FieldLink HQ account. Each participating company has its own dedicated number; messages and the documents they're answered from are never shared between different companies using FieldLink HQ.
How Technicians Are Enrolled
This program does not use a public sign-up form. A technician is enrolled only when their employer's FieldLink HQ administrator adds that technician's name and phone number to the company's roster inside the FieldLink HQ platform. By providing an employee's number, the employer confirms it has the right to enroll that number to receive work-related text support on its behalf. Only enrolled, active numbers can use the service — texting the company's FieldLink number from an unrecognized number will not receive an AI-generated answer.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and is driven entirely by the technician — a message is sent only in direct reply to a question the technician texts in. There is no recurring, scheduled, or promotional messaging.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on the technician's mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any FieldLink HQ message at any time to immediately stop receiving texts from that number. Reply START to resume. These keywords are handled automatically and take effect right away.

How We Handle Your Information
Phone numbers and message content are used only to operate the FieldLink HQ service for the employer that enrolled you, and are not sold or shared with any other company using FieldLink HQ. Data is stored securely and access is restricted to your own employer's account.
